Keeping your personal data
We retain your data throughout our agreement and customer relationship with you, and for as long as required by law. Data about live and settled accounts is kept on credit files for six years from the date they are settled or closed; defaulted accounts are retained for six years from the date of default. Data may also be retained for the resolution of disputes, record-keeping, research and statistical purposes.
