3. Valuations, products and pricing

Any valuation, quotation or indication of price is provided in good faith and is subject to physical inspection and confirmation. Descriptions and images of items are provided for guidance only. We reserve the right to decline any transaction and to correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

4. Buying from us and selling to us

When you buy from us, ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. When you sell or consign an item to us, you confirm that you are the legal owner (or duly authorised) and that the item is free from any undisclosed charge or claim. We may carry out identity and provenance checks in line with our regulatory obligations.

5. Pawnbroking

Pawnbroking loans are regulated credit agreements. The specific terms of any loan — including the amount, the interest rate, the term and the total amount repayable — are set out in the individual pre-contract information and credit agreement provided to you before you enter into the loan. Items pledged are held as security and stored securely and insured for the duration of the agreement. Rates shown elsewhere on this site are representative and may vary.

6. Personal finance

Where we introduce you to personal finance, we act as an introducer to a credit broker and/or lender and do not lend directly. Any finance is subject to status, affordability and eligibility checks, and the terms are provided by the relevant lender. The representative APR and pre-contract disclosures applicable to your application will be provided before you enter into any agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
